The London Cycling Campaign (LCC) has pointed out that there is a significant lack of cycle parking in new buildings (for example: the shard will only have 1 cycle parking space for every 36 occupants). With the number of cyclists having doubled in London since 2000, isn't it time that guidelines are included in the London Plan to ensure developers include more cycle parking in new buildings?
