Your Violence Against Women Strategy states that 'trafficking is a serious problem that we intend to combat' and you will be 'cracking down on trafficking prostitution ahead of the 2012 Games.' How confident are you that this pledge will be met now that the coalition Government has failed to endorse the European Directive against human trafficking and scrapped trafficking from its strategy to end violence against women and girls?

Network Rail - Grange Park Deforestation

Recently Network Rail have completely razed to the ground a woodland near to railway tracks in Grange Park, Enfield to the dismay and anger of local residents and the local Council. Quoting from a letter sent to a local newspaper, one resident wrote; "The residents living in the area are now completely exposed to the railway and the noise pollution it brings, not to mention the unsightly and barren wasteland which was once home to abundant wildlife and beautiful trees which had taken so many years to grow and establish. All this was wiped out in a matter of days...
