Lane Rental figures in Business Plan

On page 10 of the recent TfL Business Plan, last paragraph, I believe the Journey Time Reliability target includes the introduction of a lane rental system. What would the figures be if this factor was excluded?

South London Line

I have heard that the South London Line will still be withdrawn in May 2012, even though the East London Line Phase Two will not be ready until December 2012. Can you review this so that the South London Line runs at least until the East London Line Phase Two opens?

Do you stand by the claims made in your re-election literature being delivered in boroughs such as Greenwich, Hammersmith and Fulham and Southwark, that crime on buses has fallen given that the latest figures show that crime on buses has risen in 11 boroughs, (including these boroughs mentioned), including two showing a double increase? Will you apologise for the misleading statistics being circulated on your behalf?

Following the recent countdown trial, you stated in a press release on 31st May 2011 "It seems to make people feel safer and my hope is that by next year Londoners will be able to use this technology on lots more crossings." Why are you prioritising the rapid roll out of countdown when you have failed over the last two years to ensure TfL controlled pedestrian crossings meet DfT safety guidance?
