In a press release from TfL on the 28th April 2011 it states that 'Jubilee line passengers are advised that the final set of weekend closures will take place between Sunday 15 May and Sunday 26 June.' However in an email from TfL on the 1st of June to my office, apparently the Jubilee Line will be closed 'three days in July and a weekend in September' due to works on another line. Why is TfL telling the press and Jubilee Line passengers that there will be no further closures from the 26th June when in fact they can expect...

In light of Wandsworth Council's decision to intend to charge £2.50 per child to use the adventure playground in Battersea Park, and Bexley Council looking into charging children to use Belvedere Splash Park, will you guarantee that Londoners will not have to pay to use any of the parks funded under your Priority Parks programme?

Marchmont Street/Tavistock Place, WC1 junction

I am aware from talking to residents and visiting the area about the difficulties faced by pedestrians in crossing the road at the Marchmont Street/Tavistock Place junction in Bloomsbury, WC1. I have also heard that TfL are being very inflexible in improving conditions at these crossings for pedestrians. Will you instruct TfL to revisit this issue and engage with local people to reach a more positive way forward?
