The transfer of Archaeologists from the Museum of London (MoL) to an independent Charity is imminent. Are you aware that on transfer, employees will not be able to remain in membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme and will transfer to a Group Personal Pension Scheme? Do you believe that this meets the Governments Fair Deal guidance? Do you support this position? Would you describe any of the scheme's members as 'fat cats with gold plated pensions'?
