Following complaints from constituents and scrutiny work by the Assembly, TfL modified its approach to tannoy announcements at stations so that they cause less annoyance to local residents. Following TfL's lead can you lobby Southeastern Trains and call upon them to review their approach so that routine non-urgent messages are not played so repetitively and at such extreme volume causing unnecessary disturbance?
