Your answer to my question 2469/2011 would suggest that Business Link have moved away from the use of 'Intensive Assists', or face to face contact (a drop from 5,280 last year to 192 in the first five months of this year). Is this a conscious decision, and do you believe that reducing face-to-face business advice is a good thing?

London's bid document for the Olympic and Paralympic Games stated that during August travel demand on public transport in London is consistently down by up to 20%, leaving ample scope and capacity for the 5% additional demand which would be created by the Games during 2012.
