GLA Borrowing

Your answer to MQ 2543/2011 set out that £46.2m of your £50m Regeneration Fund for town centres and high streets damaged by the riots in August will be funded by prudential borrowing by the GLA. This is in addition to the £40m which the GLA is borrowing for the Outer London Fund. How will you assess and then monitor bids to these funds to ensure that supported projects provide a return on the GLA's investment?
