Oyster Pay As You Go users are often required to use Oyster card interchange readers to confirm that they have not travelled into zone 1. Please could you explain why passengers travelling on routes such as Gants Hill to Gospel Oak are required to use interchange readers, when travelling via zone 1 would make no sense?

Night bus

Since the removal of the N213 Bus, large parts of the Borough of Sutton are no longer served by a night bus. Will you consider bringing the 154 bus into 24 hour service to better serve the residents of Sutton who work or participate in the night time economy?

Red Route perforated box parking restrictions

A constituent has contacted me to tell me that she was fined for incorrectly parking on a red route in a perforated box. The notice reads no stopping between 7am and 7pm except between 10am and 4pm. There is also a wheelchair sign saying max. 3 hours parking. Will you consider rewording these signs to make it clear that the three hours parking must fall between 10am and 4pm?

Classification of vehicles for the Low Emission Zone

I have been contacted by a constituent who drives an imported vehicle which was wrongly classified as a campervan under the LEZ regulations. As a result he was incorrectly asked to pay a LEZ fine. Could you please advise how many vehicles were incorrectly classified under the LEZ last year and how many of these were imported vehicles?
