In your manifesto you call on each 'borough to review parking in non-residential, strategic shopping areas to reduce any negative impact on business'. Given that research shows that people who walk or cycle to shopping areas on average spend more than drivers, will you commit to encouraging boroughs to review cycle parking to reduce any negative impact on business?
