Please could you update us on the progress of Newham College's proposal to build a state-of-the-art skills and enterprise campus on the Olympic Park.

It is widely recognised that all possible steps should be taken to provide, albeit limited, public access to the Olympic Park as soon as possible once the Games have finished and transformation begins. Will you encourage the London Legacy Development Corporation to continue with the successful programme of public park tours, so that Londoners are able to sustain the sense of ownership of the park that is likely to develop during the Games?

The Commission for a Sustainable 2012 published a report earlier this year recommending an extension to the current boundary for the physical regeneration of the Olympic Park to incorporate more of the Lea Valley. What is your view on this recommendation and have you considered extending the boundary of the Mayoral Development Corporation northwards up the Lea Valley?
