Will TfL takes steps to ensure that when a docking station, such as Tooley Street, is out of service due to utility works that information is provided at the docking station about the expected length of the closure of the docking station, as well as details of the nearest alternative docking station.

I have been contacted by a number of teachers who have been having problems with the Startrack system which records School Travel Plan Data. There appears to be a number of software glitches that the TfL customer service team have been unable to fix. Will you investigate this problem and identify a solution?
