Will you make sure these examples of best practice are shared across all boroughs through your London Waste and Recycling Board? Do you have any plans to create a London-wide incentive scheme?

If so, how many drivers took up this offer?

Street trees

However, in your oral response to Assembly Member Duvall, you mentioned only that you would 'certainly go on delivering more [street trees]'. Can you therefore confirm that your target of planting 20,000 street trees is based on an 8-year timescale and includes the 10,000 trees already planted between 2008 and 2012?
