When will the new pedestrian crossing on Westow Hill become operational? New crossing equipment was installed several months ago at the crossroads where Westow Hill, Westow Street, Gipsy Hill and Central Hill meet at Crystal Palace, and yet work to make this busy crossroads safer for pedestrians seems to have been completely suspended. In January you old me that: "Once begun, the works are estimated to last approximately one week" (MQ 0056/2012).
