In answer to Question No: 2850/2012, you informed the Assembly that 'around 74 ... of London's ... signalised locations with pedestrian facilities do not meet the most recent DfT guidelines for the minimum amount of time for pedestrians to complete their crossing after the green man signal has gone out'. Are any of these 74 pedestrian facilities located in Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, or the City of London and, if so, where?

Following the completion of TfL's review into the abnormally high number of fines issued at the box junction at Islington Green/Upper Street, will the Mayor commit to compensate those drivers affected if it concludes that the traffic light phasing made it impossible to navigate the junction legally?
