Further to your responses to Questions No: 2589 / 2012 and No: 2591/ 2012 and 3092 / 2012 on Parking enforcement at Market Place/Falloden Way, and your promise that TfL will shortly install an additional sign adjacent to the loading bay to further highlight its status will you suspend parking enforcement on the loading by till the signage is installed?

Will you review the safety at Stirling Corner for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists, especially those joining from side roads, in light of continuing accidents when the traffic lights are not in operation, with a view to introducing 24 hour controlled lights and pedestrian crossing facilities, such as a footbridge?

In relation to the new over 60s Oyster Card, do you consider it appropriate that applications have to be online involving a digital photo, proof of address and a £10 fee, bearing in mind that not all the over 60's (whom this scheme is for) are sufficiently computer literate to do this? Will you look at easier methods of application for those who do not wish to apply on line?
