While appreciating that responsibility for this bridge is primarily a matter for Hammersmith and Fulham Council, do you accept that TfL have a responsibility to ensure that local residents on either side of the bridge are kept updated as to the proposed strengthening work of this bridge, especially due to its vital role in the provision of bus services?

Following a meeting that TfL's Managing Director of Surface Transport held with the 22 Bus Campaign on Thursday 27th October 2016, what progress has been made in fulfilling the pledges that were made at this meeting including: (a) TfL would look again at what could be done to improve east/west buses out of Barnes and in particular the option of changing the frequency of the 485 (b) that Leon Daniels would address at some point a public meeting in Barnes to explain why the 22 bus route could not be extended?
