Will TfL respond to concerns of local residents that the removal of the left hand turn from Kennington Road and Ravensden Street onto Kennington Park Road has led to unacceptable levels of difficulty in accessing their properties and other local amenities, and has created a situation that is dangerous for cyclists and emergency vehicles?
