The Campaign Company has been commissioned to carry out a consultation with tenant and resident associations (TRAs) on estates for your draft Good Practice Guide to Estate Regeneration. Using a toolkit, residents are encouraged to respond to a different email address than the one you provide on your main consultation page. Could you tell me how you are going to process and analyse the data and responses sent to these two separate email addresses? Will the full results of all responses received by the Campaign Company be released for scrutiny or just a summary?

Thank you for your response to my question 2016/3057. On 2 November 2016 the Assembly passed a motion urging you to "continue to press the Government for the devolution of more powers over the private [rented] sector in London". There was no mention of any new renting powers in the Memorandum of Understanding published alongside the Budget on 8 March 2017, so could you give me an update on the progress of your negotiations on landlord licensing powers?
