One of my constituents has contacted me as he is very concerned that he cannot currently afford to update the van he relies upon to transport the materials and tools for his construction business. However he regularly has to travel into the congestion charging zone for his work and is very concerned that the implementation of the ULEZ will make his business financially unviable.
