A press release issued by the Earls Court Development Company dated 21 November states: “Earls Court Partnership Limited has completed the purchase of Lillie Bridge Depot and associated land from Transport for London (TfL).” Have all the Lillie Bridge Depot land and buildings been surveyed for contaminants including asbestos and if so, what were the results?
