A quick review of the downloadable Fatal Incident Investigations Spreadsheet found on TfL's website (https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/bus-safety-data) reveals that many incidents where "awaiting inquest" is shown have indeed had inquests concluded. Will you undertake to update this vital bit of safety transparency so that all information about inquest outcomes are up-to-date and available for public scrutiny?
