All communications and minutes/meeting notes relating to application amendments between consultations  11. All emails and other communications from/to the GLA Planning Team relating to this development

All minutes recorded in relation to meetings held between GLA employees and/or representatives, and employees/representatives of firms involved in the development of the Homebase site. This might include, but not be limited to: Avanton, ICG Longbow, Assael Architecture, Avison Young (GVA), Gillespies.  3. All communications between GLA employees and/or representatives, and employees/representatives of firms involved in the development of the Homebase site. Correspondence exchanged between any department within GLA, or any individual representing GLA, and the developer Avanton and/or any company, organisation, or individual participating or planning to participate in the development proposal, or acting in representation of any of the aforementioned companies and/or individuals  (for instance but not limited to third-party entities developing reports on Avanton's behalf). 2. Where meetings may have been held between GLA and Avanton and/or any other organisation or individual participating or planning to participate in the aforementioned development proposal, either face-to-face, online, on the phone, or otherwise, copies of the details around those meetings, including but not limited to attendees, date, time, location, agendas set up prior to the meeting, and any minutes and/or notes that may have been recorded during or after the meeting. 3. Copies of all objections, comments, or support letters sent by the public to GLA.
