Summary of request
1. During the aforementioned period did Richard Desmond the founder and owner of the company Northern & Shell correspond and communicate with Boris Johnson. I am interested in all correspondence and communication irrespective of the subject matter. This correspondence and communications will include but will not be limited to correspondence and communications about Mr Desmond's then business interests which included Northern & Shell, Channel 5, as well as several national newspapers and various magazines. The correspondence and communication will also include but will not be limited to Mr Desmond's operation of the Health Service Lottery and his interest in other lotteries including the National Lottery. It will also include but will not be limited to any planning applications or planning developments being spearheaded by Mr Desmond and or any of his companies.
2. If the answer to question one is yes can you please provide copies of this correspondence and communication.
3. During the aforementioned period did Boris Johnson, the Mayor of London write to or communicate in writing with Richard Desmond, the founder and owner of the company Northern & Shell. I am interested in all correspondence and communication irrespective of the subject matter. Please see the reference to possible topics of correspondence and communications in question one.
4. If the answer to question three is yes can you please provide copies of this correspondence and communication.
