Dear Greater London Authority,
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I am writing to request a list of all the affordable housing schemes of 10 units or more in London that were registered as a “housing start” and/or a “start on site” in the months of January 2018, February 2018, April 2018 and May 2018.
Please include in the list:
- the name of each scheme;
- the location of each scheme;
- the name of the developer of each scheme;
- the number of affordable homes in each scheme;
- a breakdown of the tenure type of affordable homes in each scheme if available;
- the date on which you registered each scheme as a "start";
- and the planning application number of each scheme.
If possible, please also indicate in what way the scheme listed met the conditions of being registered as a housing “start”.
