First London LGBT Forum Reception held at City Hall this week

The first ever London LGBT Forum Summer Reception was held at City Hall this week. Leonie Cooper AM, who hosted the event, which was also attended by Tom Copley AM and Tooting MP Dr Rosena Allin-Khan, said:

“It was an honour to host the first London LGBT Forum Summer Reception, working with the Wandsworth LGBT Forum.

“I have been working Wandsworth LBGT forum for a long time, and I am proud of the work they do in my constituency. It was a privilege for me to be able to invite them to City Hall, along with other LGBT forums from across London.

“It is important not just to celebrate the Pride festival, but also to recognise the work this network does to protect, improve and celebrate our LGBT communities in London. Tuesday’s event provided an opportunity to do both, and I am looking forward to next year’s reception already.”
