Local food growing in London: Letter to the Mayor

The London Assembly Environment Committee has written to the Mayor of London as part its investigation into local food growing in London and ahead of his 2025-26 budget, urging him to continue to champion the benefits of local food growing.

In its letter, the Committee reiterates the recommendations from its March 2024 letter, which requested that funding for Capital Growth, and support for food growing across the GLA, are not only maintained but increased in 2025-26.
