On 31 January 2018 a decision made by the Deputy Mayor relating to Key Forensic Services Limited was documented. link : https://www.london.gov.uk/programmes-strategies/mayors-office-policing-and-crime/governance-and-decision-making/mopac-decisions-0/key-forensics-services-limited
Point 1.2 of that decision stated that:
"1.2. Following discussion between Home Office, NPCC and APCC an agreement has been reached which provides for continuity of service. The NPCC have provided written reassurance to MOPAC that processes will be put in place to ensure MOPAC is equitably reimbursed."
On 9th April 2018, the administrator for KFS Realisations Limited (the legal entity that succeeded Key Forensic Services Limited) described the arrangement made for this funding in the following terms: ( Link: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05395225/filing-history/MzIwMjEyODgxNGFkaXF6a2N4/document?format=pdf&download=0)
1. Please provide any MOU entered into by MOPAC either with the company or the administrators
2. How much money (to date) did MOPAC provide to KFS Realisations Limited (or Key Forensic Services Limited as it was known prior to its sale)?
3. Any assessment made by MOPAC including any projection as to the likely full amount MOPAC will have to pay to ensure the company is finally liquidated.
4. A current financial statement regarding the loan referred to by the administrators, detailing the current balance, previous payments any interest paid and still owed.
5. Any assessment made by MOPAC of the likelihood that they will recover all their money given the current financial status of KFS Realisations Limited.

MOPAC does not hold any information relating to your request. Although MOPAC are responsible for signing the contents of the relevant decision, all other aspects, including those outlined in your request, are managed by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC).
