  • Construction Skills Pilot

    This fund supports Londoners to access the industry relevant skills they need to succeed into jobs, progress in-work or start an apprenticeship.

    Organisations must have a valid UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN), a track record of skills and training delivery within the construction and built environment sector, and planned provision at a physical delivery site in London.

  • Mayor's Specialist Rough Sleeping Fund

    Summary

    The Mayor's Specialist Rough Sleeping Fund aims to fund innovative approaches that improve outcomes for women and for people with the protected characteristic of gender reassignment, who are at risk of or currently experiencing rough sleeping in the capital.

  • Green Roots Fund (Round 4)

    The Green Roots Fund is open to all projects involving green and blue spaces and for public benefit across the capital. The funding seeks to support projects that enhance green infrastructure in London, and include and involve Londoners in blue and green spaces.

  • London Community Energy Fund (LCEF) 2026–27

    Theme:

    Summary

    London Community Energy Fund (LCEF) has provided vital funding to community energy projects, particularly in communities that might otherwise struggle to fund them. Community energy enables groups of Londoners to work together to design and deliver local clean energy projects.

    How much you can apply for:

    £10,000 to £60,000

    Eligibility

    Applications from the following groups are particularly encouraged:

    1. registered charities
    2. community and voluntary groups
    3. co-operatives
    4. faith and equalities groups
    5. social enterprises
    6. community interest companies
    7. community benefit societies
    8. tenants’ and residents’ associations, or tenant management organisations
    9. housing associations
    10. schools, ideally working with community groups.

  • London Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026 to 2036

  • City Hall Developer Investment Fund

    Theme:

    Summary

    The City Hall Developer Investment Fund (CHDIF) is a £324 million fund created by the Mayor of London and the Government to boost housing delivery in the capital. It aims to unlock stalled developments, accelerate new supply and increase social and affordable homes.

    Eligibility

    EOIs can come from many different public and private sector organisations across the housing sector. Projects must be within Greater London and have evidenced rationale for public sector intervention. CHDIF can only be used for eligible capital expenditure.   • Building and Safety Fund (2022)

    Summary

    In March 2020, the government announced spending of £1bn to remove and replace unsafe non-ACM cladding systems on high-rise residential buildings in England. The GLA is delivering this programme in London. The Fund was previously open for applications between June-July 2020.

    Eligible costs for the works required to address the life safety fire risks associated with cladding on high-rise residential properties.

  • Grenfell Assisted Home Ownership Scheme (GAHOS)

    The Mayor of London is delivering the Grenfell Assisted Shared Ownership Scheme (GAHOS). This provides funding of £40m to enable eligible households to buy a stake in their current social rented home, on similar terms to if they had purchased their Grenfell home through the statutory Right to Buy scheme.

    All reasonable costs for remediation of unsafe ACM cladding on residential buildings over 18m in height (or within the 30cm tolerance) and in private ownership.

    In May 2018, the government announced £400m to remove and replace unsafe aluminium composite material (ACM) cladding systems on high-rise tower blocks in England owned by social landlords (housing associations and local authorities). The GLA is delivering this programme in London.

    How much you can apply for:

    All reasonable costs for remediation of ACM cladding systems, which have failed large-scale fire performance tests on social housing buildings 18m and over.
