Armed Forces Day 2026

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and Chair of the London Assembly, Andrew Boff, are hosting a flag raising ceremony for members of the British Armed Forces, Cadets, and Representatives.

You are invited to join remotely by watching the livestream, which will be streamed on this page.

This flag raising ceremony honours service personnel, past and present for the their bravery and commitment, and is in support of the national Armed Forces Day 2026 that takes place nationally Saturday 27 June.

Every year, we come together in support of our military men and women, reservists, veterans and cadets. A number of speeches will be delivered by the Mayor of London, the London Assembly and special guest military representatives.
