We Are All Londoners: Celebrating our European Culture and Communities

11:00am to 3:30pm
City Hall, The Queen's Walk, London, SE1 2AA, United Kingdom
Free to attend

It’s more important than ever to celebrate the diversity of our city and show that we will always be open.

You are invited to City Hall to share stories, language, sport and music. All in honour of celebrating and supporting European Londoners.

Please join us for a celebration filled day. We’ll be highlighting exceptional European Londoners in London’s first EU Settlement Ceremony at City Hall, offering free immigration advice on the EU Settlement scheme and discussing the impacts of Brexit. We’ll also have European food, film screenings, and the chance to practice a language (or learn a new one) and an eclectic range of European music performances.

The event is free to attend - Register for your tickets here

All Day Drop-In Activities, 11am-3.30pm (General Admission registration required)

A Mile in My Shoes

Visitors are invited to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes – literally – while listening to stories of EU citizens who’ve made London their home. From Fee, an 81-year-old German woman who moved to London in 1962, to Danish student Emilie, who arrived just a few years ago.

Badge Making

Create your own badges and stickers sharing personal stories of family and community. Suitable for families.

Language Café

The EU has 23 official languages, and we’d like to hear from all of them. Meet others who share your language - and some new ones at this informal language café.

Community Support Space

Get free legal advice on applying for Settled or Pre-Settled Status by independent immigration advisers. Find out more about volunteering and funding opportunities, with support and advice available to everyone.
