Please specify average wait time per year over the past three years (Feb 14 2020-Feb 14 2023) for every support service commissioned by MOPAC.

The average waiting time was 234 days.

2021-2021 – the average waiting time was 136 days.
2021-2022 - the average waiting time was 157 days.
2021-2023 - the average waiting time was 203 days.
