- New orders in London rising with the PMI for new orders recorded at 58.0 in January 2016 compared to 58.6 in December 2015
- Surveyors expect house prices to rise with the net house price expectations balance in London at 8 in January 2016, while for England and Wales, the net house price expectations balance was 34 in January 2016.
