I am emailing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:
Please provide a list of all reports of bag thefts in the London boroughs of Westminster and the City of London in December 2022, January 2023 and February 2023 (thus far). Please list the results individually in an Excel file with details (with date, time and location) where known.
