Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC)
We are a Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC), established by the Mayor of London to secure the regeneration of the Old Oak and Park Royal area, a 650-hectare site in the heart of West London. OPDC is also the Local Planning Authority, responsible for the Local Plan, which was adopted in 2022.
Spanning three London boroughs - Ealing, Brent and Hammersmith & Fulham, the OPDC area also includes Old Oak, our flagship development scheme, Park Royal, home to the UK’s largest industrial estate, the Grand Union Canal and the protected land at Wormwood Scrubs.
