OPDC’s Board adopted OPDC’s Passive Energy, Daylight and Overheating in High Density Development SPD on 22 June 2022.
The Passive Energy Performance, Daylight and Overheating in High Density Development SPD provides guidance to applicants on how best to achieve the environmental targets set out in OPDC’s draft Local Plan and minimise carbon emissions.
