Land referencing at Old Oak
Old Oak is a major regeneration project in a strategically important location within the OPDC area, which has the potential to deliver around 9,000 new homes, with a target for 50% of these to be affordable, as well as new workspace, public realm, parks, and community facilities.
To deliver these proposals, OPDC needs to gain a more detailed understanding about the land rights, owners, and occupiers in Old Oak, in a process known as land referencing. Gathering this detailed information about properties in the area will enable OPDC to develop its plans for Old Oak.
