In response to today’s official opening of the new White Hart Lane London Overground station, local London Assembly Member, Joanne McCartney AM, said:
“I was delighted to be at the official opening of the revamped White Hart Lane station. After five years of hard work, we have a wonderful station which brings improvements to passengers such as better cycle parking facilities and a more pedestrian-friendly environment in the surrounding public realm.
“With the new stadium just down the road, the upgraded station will also provide more capacity on match days which should help alleviate existing issues with overcrowding.”
