Is there any cost to TfL of the Metronet PPP collapse beyond the £900m lent to the administrators from earmarked reserves? Which earmarked reserves has this money come from? What timetable do you have for receiving those loans back? What effect will not having this money available for other projects mean to this years TfL budget?

Does the fact that the GLA Chief Economist from Volterra is also employed by Arrowcroft as a consultant on their Croydon Gateway Arena scheme indicate that, A. GLA Economics/ Volterra staff are only spending limited amounts on time on the GLA and B. that you or the GLA have a preference for the Arrowcroft scheme over its rival?
