Bus Services for Residents along Western Avenue, Auriel Way and Manor Road

Further to TfL's decision not to supply a bus service linking residents to their new surgery on Church Elm Lane, what other bus services could be considered prior to the review in 2009? The residents on the eastern side of this residential area are extremely isolated, being nearly a kilometre from the nearest regular service, and only has a 900 series bus serving their streets once a week.

205 to Stratford

East London bus passengers have reported great improvements since the 205 route was extended to Mile End, which has taken pressure off the congested 25 route. Will TfL revisit the proposal to extend the 205 all the way to Stratford? Although the proposed 425 between Clapton and Stratford is via Mile End, this will create a disjointed journey for passengers wishing to travel the length of Mile End Road/Bow Road.

Please can you impose a timetable for the safety redesign of this busy junction? It has been over three and a half years since TfL began designing safety improvements at this location, and a new design is still awaited. What is the current progress of the redesign?

Direct bus from Barking to Queen's Hospital

Will TfL review its decision to not provide a direct link between Barking and the Queen's Hospital in Romford? Although direct services exist from other local areas, the busy transport interchange at Barking lacks a direct link to the hospital, with passengers having to change buses and therefore pay two Oyster or cash fares in each direction.

I have read in the press, and heard directly from constituents, that some drivers are letting passengers with insufficient funds on their Oyster cards board the bus. Are drivers expected in any way to regulate the use of tickets on their buses?
