Freedom of Information

  • Reference: 2007/0272-1
  • Question by: Peter Hulme Cross
  • Meeting date: 05 December 2007
Are you satisfied with TfL's handling of Freedom of Information matters? Correspondence between my constituent and TfL (TFL reference CCFOI 1189) about public opinion surveys (regarding Congestion Charging and Greenwich) appears to show a very slow process.

  • Question by: Brian Coleman
  • Meeting date: 05 December 2007
Barnet Council received an 18.4% cut in TfL's Borough Spending Allotment this year. When inflation is taken into account, that figure is even more shocking. Could the Commissioner justify to my constituents why TfL have slashed their budget?

  • Question by: Angie Bray
  • Meeting date: 05 December 2007
How much opposition to the Emissions Related Congestion Charge would the Commissioner have to receive before he would seriously reconsider a proposal which will fail to improve congestion, which will increase the number of cars entering the Congestion Zone, which will have a minimal effect on London's CO2 output and which will not improve London's air quality?
