Will you consider installing a bus shelter on Herbert Road SE18, along the route of the 386 bus? Many of the passengers along this route are elderly and attending the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and a bus shelter would greatly increase their comfort.

I have received reports of an infrequent service operating along the 386 bus route. An elderly passenger informed me that he recently had to wait 45 minutes for a bus, despite an advertised wait of less than 15 minutes at peak times and 30 minutes in the evenings. Do you have plans to improve the performance of this service?
