Following the statement made by your Deputy Mayor Sir Simon Milton at the Budget and Performance Committee on Tuesday 11th January that there was support from the London Boroughs for the abolition of short term free parking on TfL roads, please can you publish the correspondence or any other form of evidence from London Councils or individual boroughs to support the claim that London boroughs have advocated new parking charges on red routes.
