The LDA website states that we are currently in 'Phase 2: London-wide roll-out (July 2010 to March 2012)' of the RE:NEW programme [http://www.lda.gov.uk/projects/renew/index.aspx]. I have been asked by a constituent in Sutton when this programme will be available in their area?
