Former Detective Superintendent Mick Gradwell stated that the Police would not speak out against Asian sex gangs and the underage rape of white girls which had been going on for decades for fear of appearing 'institutionally racist'. Do you think the reluctance of appearing 'institutionally racist' highlighted by the former Detective Superintendent also applies to the Metropolitan Police and does the Macpherson report impede the Metropolitan Police's ability to be impartial and fair to the white community with regard to race hate crime?
