Since 2000 what has been the cost to TfL if it is found somebody has purchased an Oyster ticket, Travelcard, tickets, congestion charge or other TfL services using a fraudulent credit or debit card? Please list the amounts broken down by year.

Further to your reply to MQ 1120/2009 in May 2009, what progress, if any, has been made in clarifying whether the properties owned by TfL on Brownhill Road in Catford are actually needed for transport improvements in Catford? Given these properties were first purchased by the Department of Transport in 1987 will you seek to ensure that a decision is finally made to either use the site for transport improvements or to sell the properties for development to end this long term blight in Catford?
