Considering that despite 14.27 million Underground passengers being entitled to Customer Charter compensation during the 12 month period from February 2010 and January 2011 just 38,9962 actually received compensation, what steps are you taking to ensure that a) there is a significant reduction in such excessive delays, b) there is greater awareness of entitlement to compensation for excessive delays under the TfL Customer Charter.

There is a serious problem with cyclists riding on pavements and going through red lights in London causing danger for pedestrians, especially visually impaired people. I realise there has been the establishment of the MPS Cycle Task Force and the commencement of the trial of a cyclist improvement scheme "Capital Cycle Safe,' but the issue is still major problem. What measures are you taking over and above these initiatives to get on top of this issue?
