With the current popularity of bull breeds fuelling increasing numbers of stray dogs, more of these dogs are now having to be destroyed by Local Authorities for financial reasons in London because there are too many of them for the homes needed. Will the GLA support or coordinate efforts to promote neutering across London and community engagement work which key London organisations such as Battersea Dogs & Cats Home are undertaking?

Further to the TfL tool for reporting problematic roadworks that you launched on 21 September, I understand you wrote to boroughs the day before, on 20th September. In the spirit of collaborative working I would hope that you gave boroughs a little more notice than just a day. Please can you clarify the following? What consultation did you have with each of the London boroughs beforehand?
