Given the setback that Toyota has scrapped plans for a mass-market all-electric vehicle, will your goal of London having 100,000 electric vehicles be part of your vision for London in 2020?

Extension of Northern Line to Clapham Junction

Will you investigate the possibility of extending the Northern line, not just to Battersea as is proposed by the site developers, but 2.5km further to Clapham Junction? That would give an even bigger improvement in public transport access to the site, but more importantly would connect Clapham Junction to the tube network and relieve overcrowding at both Victoria and Waterloo because passengers would be able to change on to the tube at Clapham.
