Would you consider a trial moving the end-of-morning restriction on non-folding bicycles on the North London Overground Line from 10am to 9.30am? I am told there is often plenty of space available from that time.

Your Director of London 2012 Coordination wrote to the Assembly following the 24 March 2011 meeting of the Economy, Culture and Sport Committee. In his letter he stated that the GLA will "establish an effective performance management framework for the Work Programme in London which will set out to ensure that the Mayor and partners are able to establish how effective the Work Programme is in moving London's long-term unemployed back into work". Your answer to question 1903/2012 stated you were no longer developing this. Will you reconsider and develop such a framework for your work experience pilot?
